The following 2 pictures I see as iconic in reflecting the start of my journey, so its time they were updated , the only slight issue, is that NFL Jersey’s are now TOO Big for me (This is a Medium)

Oooooon The 5 Day’s Of Christmas ….. »
NFL Season starts today. Go JETS!!
My Chargers play on 9/11, it’s gonna be an emotional game I suspect
Yours is a totally incredible story, and you’ve let us all come along for the ride, reading your blog. Many of us can only aspire to your achievements. I’ve become stuck, still eating(too much), but thankfully still pedalling, with the bonus that my quality of life has improved no end as a result. I think there are alot of others, like me out there, who read your blog hoping for that spark that will lift them towards the same achievements and goals as yours. Keep blogging.
Welshie your far too kind mate
I keep blogging these days to try and inspire others 🙂
All the best
A Chargers fan on the other side of pond?! I love it. I’ll be watching with you.
Your blog is inspiring. Seriously. And the fact that you’re a Chargers fan makes it even more awesome.
Cant wait for Sunday 🙂
You were mentioned in the ” Fatcyclist Blog” yesterday , so sent the link thru and looks like you will get plenty of visitors as ” Paul G> described you as one of his Inspirations !
Still awaiting ypour email about Manchester Airport Tunnel cycle paths !
Paul put the link in his post so it was covered thanks
Sadly I don’t know much about that area as I live a fair ways away tbh
Congrats on wearing a medium and making it look huge! I’m a San Diego Chargers fan (I live in Carlsbad, which is in north San Diego County), and while I’m not 39 stone, my powder blue throwback Charger Jersey (#19, Lance Alworth – you’ve got to search out his highlight videos on the web) is a size XXL. You’re truly an inspiration!
From J.Williams to N.Kaeding ….. 🙂 lol
Alworth is a legend !!!!!
A little worried we play on 9/11 tho
The Pack is back feller! Go Green Bay!!!!
Oh…Daily Mail? 😉
Daily mail ????
I’ve seen it
The daily mail – do they just make up the details to suit them? “First he ditched the crisps and snacks in favour of proper meals” – do they read your blog?
It’s good your story is reaching a wider audience, though! It’s just interesting how the daily fail mangles stories.
It’s to be expected – they print what they want Doc, it’s almost like you seem shocked 🙂
